When you are up and running with your business it is important to build a network of trusted advisors around you. This can be quite frightening when you are new to it. Who do you need and whom do you trust? We will go through our learning curves with you and help you achieve a network of valuable people around you that you trust. We will also show you how to find them, as keen networkers ourselves it is an area that we can introduce you to, and support you with, whilst you build those relationships.
Taking Time Out
One of the biggest problems when running your own business is being so busy that you don’t have time for all of the things that you want to do, for example, building strategies and business plans, seeing the big picture and making decisions for your business that can be critical. Very often you can just run around like a headless chicken. We will help you with time management and help to start you off on the straight and narrow, so that ‘time out’ becomes a habit that you achieve regularly.
