Everyone at Varios has set up at least one company (probably more) and we know how lonely being an entrepreneur can be.
We also know that many years within large companies do not give us the full set of tools required to run our own business. Suddenly we are faced with business decisions which we have no direct experience of and have no one to turn to for support (we mean real support, not opinions). When starting a business we thing we need to become experts in many new areas, a result of which is a huge amount of wasted time and money.
As a result of our own experiences we realise how much value it is to have dependable, quality impartial advice and support. Even more important than the “technical” or “process” support is the personal and emotional support as we go through the rollercoaster of business start up and early growth.
